Snarry-a-Thon
Jun. 1st, 2022 07:19 pmSnarry-a-Thon author reveals went up today and I'm very excited!!
I wanted to participate at least once and WOW was it...kind of a nightmare haha! I am a gal rather prone to stressing herself out on a good day, so between the usual fest stress + being a SNARRY fest + me deciding to write a story that's been in my heart for YEARS + personal life nonsense made writing the dang thing...pretty not fun. Then writing it and having to wait for it to be posted then waiting for reveals to go up so I can actually claim my fic...ack! Such stress! I could go on and on and on and on but you know what? I made it through! And not only am I proud of myself for finishing it, but I'm very proud of the final product, too!
I really, really, REALLY could not have done it without all the fabulous fandom friends I have who supported me and cheered me on and dragged me to the finish line. And that, I think, was the best part of all. Seeing how many people care about me and are excited about my work and are willing to be there and listen! It's such a special thing, especially considering the not-so-fun fandom situation I got myself out of last year. Remembering that fandom can be such an awesome space full of wonderful people.
ANYWAY, enough of me babbling, here is my baby:
